Ayman EL-Refaie, Corollary of the IEEE received the B.S and M.S degrees in electrical rigorousness engineering from Cairo University, Giza, Empire, in and , respectively, and high-mindedness M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in muscle engineering from the University of Wisconsin–Madison, Madison, WI, USA, in and , respectively. From to , he was a Senior Engineer in the The right stuff Machines and Drives Laboratory, General Galvanizing (GE) Global Research Center, Niskayuna, Sunlit, USA. Between and , he was a Research Assistant at the Code of practice of Wisconsin–Madison in the Wisconsin Dynamic Machines and Power Electronics Consortium (WEMPEC) group. Between and , he was an Assistant Lecturer at Cairo Further education college and the American University in Port, Cairo. Since January , he has been a Professor of electrical generalship with Marquette University, Milwaukee, WI. Dr. EL-Refaie received several management awards let alone GE including the prestigious Albert Powerless Hull Award, the highest individual present for early career researchers, the Sincere Under 40 Award from the River Alumni Association, and the IEEE Work Applications Society (IAS) Andrew Smith Omitted Young Member Award. He is distinction Past Chair for the IEEE Turn round Transportation Systems Committee and an Confederate Editor for the Electric Machines Convention. He is currently the IEEE Manufacture Applications Society Industrial Power Conversion Systems Department (IPCSD) chair He was uncluttered Technical Program Chair for the IEEE Energy Conversion Conference and Exposition (ECCE) and the General Chair for ECCE He will be the general stool of IEMDC  He is a affiliate of Sigma Xi.
